Soda City Live: Lower Richland C.E.A.L

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - The Lower Richland C.E.A.L. Citizens Scientist Program will be honoring the first set of graduates from its program.

C.E.A.L stands for Citizens Earning And Learning and is a program created by high schoolers to help solve environmental issues in their community.
